Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 1 (6 ounce) package uncooked long grain and wild rice
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

Directions

Place sausage in a medium skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and set aside.
