Fried Snickers® Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegetable oil, or as needed
  • 3/4 cup club soda
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 mini chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat candy bars (such as Snickers)

Directions

Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir club soda, flour, confectioners' sugar, egg, and vanilla together in a shallow dish until it's like a batter. Dip each candy bar in the batter to coat.

Fry candy bars in the hot oil until browned, about 3 minutes.
