Angel’s Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salad:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded cabbage
  • 3 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup toasted almonds, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Directions

Whisk olive oil, vinegar, sugar, and soy sauce together in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.

Toss cabbage, green onions, almonds, sunflower seed kernels, and raisins together in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat.
