Salmon Salad Dip

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 pound thin-sliced nova lox, cut into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 6 capers
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1/4 lemon, juiced
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 lemon slices for garnish

Directions

Stir cream cheese, lox, parsley, capers, sour cream, red onion, and lemon juice together in a bowl; season with black pepper. Garnish with lemon slices.
