- 8 vegetarian bacon strips
- 1 head fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 small head cauliflower, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Directions
Cook bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain fat and crumble bacon.
