- 4 slices bacon
- 3/4 pound fresh spinach
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sweet onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped raw almonds
- 1 tablespoon raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Arrange bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon on paper towels and crumble.
