Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafer cookies (such as Nilla), crushed very fine
Directions
Place cut cauliflower in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until just fork tender, about 10 minutes; drain and transfer to a bowl.
