Sharon’s No-Bake Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups quick oats
  • 2 cups granola (such as Kashi)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seed kernels
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sweetened dried cranberries (such as Craisins)
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
  • 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup light brown sugar

Directions

Mix quick oats, granola, sunflower seeds, chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, and ground flax seeds together in a large bowl.

Combine peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar together in a saucepan, stirring constantly over medium-low heat until sugar melts, about 5 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until well-blended. Press mixture firmly into 9×13-inch pan. Cut into 16 bars.
