- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (8 ounce) cans sliced water chestnuts, drained

Place chicken in a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. Pour soy sauce and vinegar over chicken, then sprinkle with bell pepper and top with water chestnuts.
