Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can coconut cream
- 3/4 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract (optional)
Directions
Mix coconut cream, coconut water, lime juice, lime zest, and coconut extract together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until flavors combine, at least 1 hour.
