- 3 small cucumbers, thinly sliced

- 1 tomato, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar

- 1 tablespoon reduced-fat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
Sprinkle cucumber slices with salt in a colander. Let stand until cucumbers are drained, about 30 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and toss with tomato and onion.
