Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon zest
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional)

Directions

Stir parsley, olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until well-combined.
