Mighty Melon Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed green tea (such as Gold Peak), chilled
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 pear, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 fresh mint leaves, or more to taste

Directions

Combine tea, pineapple, cantaloupe, pear, yogurt, and mint leaves in a blender. Blend until smooth.
