Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package silken tofu, cut into cubes, or to taste
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 cups soy milk
- 4 cups crushed ice
Directions
Layer tofu, strawberries, and soy milk in a blender; blend. Add ice cubes, 1 cup at a time, while blender is running; blend until smooth.
