Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 3/4 cup diced tomato
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup almonds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1/3 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Directions
Mix salad greens and ranch dressing together in a bowl until evenly coated. Add tomato, cranberries, sunflower seeds, almonds, flax seeds, sea salt, and garlic; mix well. Top with Parmesan cheese.
