Roasted Asparagus with Sea Salt and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Diamond Crystal Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 lemon, finely zested and juiced

Place asparagus pieces in large bowl. Add Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, black pepper, Diamond Crystal(R) Coarse Sea Salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Toss to coat evenly.

Transfer asparagus to baking dish in a single layer. Bake until asparagus is tender and beginning to brown, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
