Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
 - 1/2 cup ice cubes
 - 1/2 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
 - 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
 - 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
 - 1/3 cup 1 milk
 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley
 - 2 teaspoons raw pumpkin seeds
 
Directions
Blend spinach, ice, grapefruit, mango, raspberries, milk, parsley, and pumpkin seeds together in a blender until smooth.
