Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, or to taste
  • 2 cups apple juice, or as needed
  • 2 pears – peeled, cored, and cut into wedges
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 20 fresh mint leaves

Directions
