Ingredients
- 1 cup diced peaches
- 1/2 cup diced apple
- 1/2 cup diced avocado
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix peaches, apple, avocado, tomato, green onion, cilantro, lemon juice, olive oil, sesame oil, cumin, jalapeno pepper, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for flavors to blend, at least 3 hours.
