Delicious Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 1 cup dill pickle relish
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped, or more to taste
  • 1 (4 ounce) can black olives, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Cool cooked macaroni under cold running water and drain.
