- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 (4 ounce) pork chops
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat a skillet sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat. Stir in the onion; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside. Arrange the pork chops in the same skillet and cook until browned on both sides, 5 to 7 minutes.
