Oven Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 6 ounces chopped bacon
  • 1 pinch seasoned salt (such as Lawry’s), or to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Stir cabbage, chicken broth, onion, butter, bacon, seasoned salt, salt, and black pepper together in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven until cabbage is tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
