Ingredients
- 2 cups unsalted roasted cashews
- 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white sugar (optional)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic, peeled
Directions
Blend cashews, oil, and sugar together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add almond milk, tahini, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and white pepper; blend until well mixed. Add red bell pepper, lemon juice, and garlic and blend until creamy.
