Ingredients
- 10 ripe tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 serrano chile pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
- 2 limes, juiced
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar, or to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
Directions
Blend tomatoes, red onion, and serrano chile pepper in a blender until smooth; add cilantro, lime juice, garlic, vinegar, and salt; blend. Slowly pour olive oil into mixture while the blender is running. Continue blending for 10 more seconds.
