Ingredients
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as Rotel), drain and reserve liquid
- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce, or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste
Directions
Beat cream cheese and 1/2 of the drained tomato juice together in a bowl until fluffy and smooth. Beat Sriracha hot sauce into cream cheese mixture; beat in tomatoes with green chile peppers. Garnish dip with cilantro.
