Mashed Cauliflower with Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook cauliflower in boiling water until soft, 15 to 20 minutes; drain and return cauliflower to the pot.
