Ingredients
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut in chunks
- 1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger root
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
Directions
Place carrots, ginger root, soy sauce, vinegar, and orange juice into a blender; blend until liquified. Pour in peanut oil and pulse once or twice just to combine.
