Ingredients
- 10 Thai chile peppers or Guam Boonie peppers, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Directions
Mix Thai chiles, onion, garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce together in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in the refrigerator.
