Quick Festive Ground Meat Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic pepper seasoning
  • 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese, or more to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice, or to taste (optional)

Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and garlic pepper in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
