Sauteed Cucumbers

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cucumbers – halved lengthwise, seeded, and cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions

Melt butter in a small skillet over medium-low heat; add cucumbers, tarragon, white pepper, and salt. Saute cucumber mixture until cucumber bits become translucent, 12 to 15 minutes.
