Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 fluid ounces bourbon whiskey
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

Preheat an Irish coffee glass with 3/4 cup hot water, then discard.
