Liquid Green Platinum Drink

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped fresh kale
• 1 cup baby spinach
• 1 cup fresh parsley
• 1 cup pineapple juice, or more to taste
• 1 fresh pineapple spear (optional)

Directions

Blend kale, spinach, parsley, pineapple juice, and pineapple in a blender until smooth.
