Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unpopped popcorn
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup white sugar, or to taste
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Directions
Heat a popcorn kettle or pot over medium heat. Add popcorn, oil, sugar, and cocoa powder to the kettle. Cook, turning the handle slowly, until popping slows to 3 seconds between pops.
