Olive and Parsley Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted olives
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic

Directions

Blend olives, parsley, walnuts, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic in a food processor until evenly mixed.
