Glaze Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 (2 pound) package confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond extract

Directions

Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, and almond extract in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix on lowest speed until smooth, at least 1 minute.
