Acai Papaya Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh papaya
  • 1 1/2 bananas, sliced, divided
  • 8 ounces frozen acai pulp (such as Sambazon
  • 3 fluid ounces orange juice
  • 1/2 cup granola, or more to taste

Directions

Halve and seed papaya. Scoop out a little extra meat to create a bowl shape.
