Creamed Spinach for a Small Family

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Directions

Heat soup in a saucepan over medium heat until hot, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir butter, flour, garlic salt, onion powder, salt, and black pepper into soup; add spinach, stir, and cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
