Ingredients
- 4 avocados – peeled, pitted, and chopped
- 1 roma tomato, cut in half
- 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Blend avocados, tomato, onion, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, and salt in a Vitamix(R) blender on variable 2 or on the low setting on any blender until guacamole is chunky.
