Ingredients
- 2 10 oz cans of lentil soup
- 1 14 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 pound cooked spaghetti
Directions
In a large skillet with deep sides, saut onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add garlic and saut for 1 minute more. Add lentil soup, diced, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over pasta and top with grated parmesan cheese.
