- 1 red apple – peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Toss mango, apple, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, onion, cilantro, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, orange juice, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl.
