Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup hot salsa
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper (optional)
Directions
Combine black beans, salsa, corn, onion, and bell pepper in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
