- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1/4 cup light olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt

Combine avocado oil, sesame oil, and olive oil in a glass measuring cup or bowl.

Turn on food processor and slowly pour in oil mixture through feeder tube until it is incorporated and mayonnaise is smooth and thick, 2 to 3 minutes.
