 - 1/2 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - Salt and ground black pepper to taste
 - 1 zucchini, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
 - 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced
 - 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 
Directions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil until onion is translucent, 3 to 5 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
