Randy’s Amazing Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, mashed
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar green salsa (such as Bobby Salazar’s Chile Verde Salsa), or to taste
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 tomato, diced small
  • 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

Directions

Mix mashed avocado, sour cream, and green salsa together in a bowl; stir cheese, tomato, and red onion into the avocado mixture.
