Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced small
- 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix corn, tomatoes, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, and salt together in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
