- 2 bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 ounce firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup frozen peach slices
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup unsweetened apple juice, or to taste
Directions
Place spinach, bananas, tofu, coconut, peaches, pineapple, mango, and strawberries, respectively, in a blender; pour in apple juice. Blend until desired consistency is reached, adding more apple juice as necessary.
