Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
 - 2 tablespoons white sugar
 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
 - 2 scallions, including tops, thinly sliced
 
Directions
Combine all ingredients and blend. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
