- 4 large tomatoes
 - 1 avocado – peeled, pitted and diced
 - 1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
 - 2 tomatoes, diced
 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
