Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, halved lengthwise with yolks and whites separated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot yellow pepper sauce

Directions

Combine egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, and hot sauce in a food processor; puree until smooth.
