Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes, quartered and grated
- 4 scallions (green onions), chopped
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 2 slices canned jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- Salt to taste
Directions
Mix tomatoes, scallions, garlic, and jalapeno pepper together in a bowl. Drizzle lime juice over mixture and add cilantro, onion salt, and salt; mix well.
